How does scan-to-email work

You can scan your documents to your Email address. You simply scan your documents and the digital document is sent as attachment to your Email address

Identify yourself

It is necessary to identify yourself to send your job to the correct Email address. You are requested to enter an identification code that belongs to your Email address. The System administrator maintains the data server that stores contact information of employees. Ask the Key operator or System administrator what your identification code is.
