Start a print job that uses a template
When you want to use a number of printer driver settings more than one time, create a template. A template is a set of default settings that describe a print job. You do not need to change each individual setting. Simply select a template that matches your desires.

How to start a print job that uses a template
  1. Make sure that the 'Job' tab is selected.
  2. Make sure that the 'Settings' bar is displayed.
  3. Select a template in the Templates list.
